@Lilly_jo_Cullen The three reviews above are all from the same individual. We discovered that this 45 unit site with a communal heating system didn't register their gas meter following completion of the development in 2008. We immediately reported this upon discovery and were sacked 3 weeks later

@Lilly_jo_Cullen It would have been nice if you'd got our side of the story before assuming that we are one of the bad boys. I would suggest you speak to@LKPleasehold for their opinion. Also speak to neildouglas.co.uk who will confirm no damage was done when they took over management.
