$200 BILLION IS ENOUGH TO:
- Double the annual per‑person spending on K–12 education.
- Expand the ACA tax credit for 7 years.
- Provide up to 2 million people the SNAP benefits they need.
- Provide a middle class tax break of $3,500.
Instead, we will spend it on an illegal war.

Why not make voting a week long rather than a day or extend hours or use tech to confirm voter ID. Your performative nonsense is so tiring.

They can’t win an election the old fashioned way — getting more votes — because of how deeply unpopular their policies are, so they’re instead trying to steal the election by making it hard or impossible for a huge number of people to vote.
When we retake Congress, let’s instead pass a new Voting Rights Act that takes California’s pro-voting reforms national.

Connie Chan isn’t a bad person. She’s just not competent or personable. SF politics is full of losers who fail up because of terrible people like Peskin and Preston and Boudin and Collins lifting them up to push competent people down.

@kane It would not be difficult to document citizenship on driver’s licenses and state IDs and allow people to vote using such forms of IDs. We all had to switch to “Real IDs” to fly already; it would be the next step.
