Under Tennessee law (TCA §39-11-611), the castle doctrine creates a presumption of reasonable fear for deadly force used *inside* a residence, business, dwelling, or vehicle against someone who unlawfully and forcibly enters (or has entered).
"Dwelling" = any building/conveyance with a roof (incl. tents, RVs, porches) designed for people. "Residence" includes curtilage. "Vehicle" = motorized transport.
It does **not** cover "personal space while in public." That's stand-your-ground (no duty to retreat if lawfully present). The incident here appears public, so castle presumption doesn't apply.

“Me” isn’t a source. You saying that leads me to think you know you can’t provide such a source, because you made it up, as usual.
Secondly, you think that the way China uses their SSNs is to launch torpedo attacks up close when that isn’t the point of SSGNs, so you quite clearly don’t even understand how they intend to use them. Their SSGNs have long-range munitions for long-range strike. It is incredibly difficult to find such a target in open water in the large expanse of the Pacific. You are also not the one with the ASW advantage here (?)
What you’re describing is not all that relevant for someone launching munitions from 500-1000+ miles away from its target. This just sounds like another wunderwaffe where if I flip this logic around, it doesn’t work conveniently. “Trailing US subs”

Dory Miller was awarded a Navy Cross. That medal is third in order of precedence militarily.
There are black Medal of Honor awardees that are being stepped over here too.

This is the proper name for a destroyer or a frigate, which are named for military heroes (like Miller), naval leaders, or naval pioneers.
Aircraft carriers are named for presidents and high profile Navy champions.
I’m all for naming a ship after Miller, but can we please get back to standardized ship names?
