Perhaps @SecretaryWright can explain how a ship - MT Bulldog - was granted a waiver, when the ship had been loaded on March 12, five days before the waiver was granted and then allowed to offload 300k barrels of gasoline in Port Everglades? Was there a shortage of gasoline in southern Florida on April 1? Also, if there is such a need for gasoline, why then did the ship sail to New Jersey and load 300k barrels of gasoline and sail it to France. I mean, this just looks like an opportunity for a gas broker and speculators to drop a load in the US and then take another one out, with no benefit to the US?
