Public acts that incite hatred towards, serious contempt for, or severe ridicule of, a person or group of persons on the ground that the person or group are transgender are unlawful under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). restrictions of civil liberties
physicial and/or 'paid for' barriers 'everywhere', which might restrict freedom of access, esp. for disabled people

But you knew you had crossed a boundary you shouldn’t have, and there could be repercussions. A feeling so strong, you still remember each violation clearly.

@BertDalziel I did try to explain to the 'trans' 'community' that when a (sub)culture, anywhere, responds to being told 'No' with "Fuck You, you can't / try and stop us" the consequence is increasing discipline, esp. as public opinion then increasingly swings against you

I have walked into the mens at least three times in my life, and I remember them all, because I was so embarrassed about it. Toilets signs are not a boundary. Anyone can go into them.

Yes, because if you want to get into a woman's toilet, you'd definitely undergo a formal process of gender reassignment first.. as opposed to just walking in or getting a job as a cleaner.
