@gabbariele Looks like a great start, well done. What I love about the biz model canvas and other top tools is how all the pieces work together, rather than it being separate boxes. You seem to have a good becoming but maybe a bit more work on that side could be added on the next version?

@StevieBuckley @axelk Retention is good as a hard measure. However, we've found you get a bit of natural flux and it doesn't help identify opportunities to be better. We know line management matters a lot, but the other bits we do? I just don't know. People say they want them but do they really care?

people can't connect with an empty logo and don't care about a simple person, people connect and are driven by ideas.
