Update: The original video has been taken down by X after being reported as "private media", and the poster has had his account locked after it got millions of views.
It was his video recorded from his private property, of a public street. Legal to record and share in Australia, and there are countless similar videos posted every day.
Something is clearly wrong with X's reporting system.
