Corrections on Patrick- Please share and save me time Patrick was not Irish, he was a missionary to Ireland He was not Irelands first missionary, earliest records state Palladius was. Patrick was our most successful though. Patrick wore blue and that is the earliest color associated with him. Green came around in 1700’s because of political nationalism. He did NOT teach with a shamrock and did NOT use it as an analogy for the Trinity. The Lorica (Patricks Prayer) does not find it’s origin in Patrick. It comes centuries after Patrick. Don’t believe what you hear, we can know a decent amount about his life through history, no need for fantasy. It was exciting enough. I recently finished Brad Wilcox's book "Get Married." In it, he shows how married men are happier, healthier, wealthier, stronger, and have a greater sense of purpose than their unmarried peers. So it's notable that some voices on the right are telling young men to opt out of marriage. These guys are setting up young men for a lifetime of bitterness and regret. They're encouraging them to reject nature and purpose. It's not going to end well. And they're not doing this with just marriage, by the way.
