A new Supercharger is coming soon to Florence, Oregon. Permits were filed yesterday for an 8-stall V4 station at the Fred Meyer on U.S. Highway 101. The site is located about 60 miles west of the Eugene-Springfield metropolitan area.

@MdeZegher @SawyerMerritt How does it define longest trip? It shows only part of one I did this past year. It shows that my longest trip ended where I stopped to get an early dinner, but I was coincidentally supercharging.

@SawyerMerritt Helpful gamification of the network has been a long-time customer request. We'll keep experimenting and building it out, based on customer feedback.

Despite investing billions in Superchargers, range anxiety is often the #1 concern for buying a Tesla. With Passport, we want to (1) inspire more customers to hit the road. I'm already motivated by "Longest Trip"! (2) have customers share their Passport, amplifying the epic journeys they're taking with Superchargers. Word of mouth from friends, showing their actual trips, feels the most trustworthy. Range anxiety → range confidence!
