It was all included in the $20 upgrade.

I never paid a thing.
Steam also gave a FREE Skyrim Anniversary Edition Game back in 2021,
I was one of those who was given the Game.
The one on my PS5 was given a FREE ugrade and FREE a CC add-on.

I’m guessing the F4 upgrade will also be $20. $15 would be even nicer since F4 seems to have less CC content than Skyrim did
