I am thinking of crowd funding the writing of a book about pain - by me - just thought I would ask if there was interest in such a thing. Pay about £50 and receive chapters as pdfs (12 planned) as they are written; then fully edited complete version, hard copy version extra £?

Great paper Jai. Low-moderate level evidence supports diagnostic utility of patient history, clinical examination and screening tool data to identify neuropathic pain. Cluster of 8 patient history/clinical examination signs and the StEP tool are most promising diagnostic tools.
