@JDCrits My theory is that Eshmel is going to work like Byleth in Warriors: Three Hopes. You’ll choose their gender and they will appear now and then and become unlockable in the second half of the game (the “Underworld” focused part).

Next trailer is definitely the Eshmel trailer I think they’re being secretive about Eshmel since there’ll be time travel Eshmel going back in time aiding each protag to save the world(peep the clock) Eshmel’s lance is even a broken version Divine Sovereign’s(bro’s cooked). #FireEmblemFortunesWeave #FireEmblem

A curious thing to consider; the arcana for the crest of Gautier is death. Initially when seeing this man with the crest painted on him, I thought it meant that he had said crest. Now I’m wondering if he’s set to executed, and so they painted a literal indication of death on him
