@MuseZack My least favourites are the claims that some iconic moments were entirely improvised and fellow actors and crew had no idea. In rehearsal perhaps but rarely on camera.

I’d love to know if the Albert Hall concert last year offered up some ideas based on how the audience was responding to the orchestra, the score and the film?

Answering more #AvatarFireAndAsh questions: Q: Why is The Windtraders different on the album to the film? A: It fundamentally isn’t. What’s on the album is the original full on screen Windtraders cue. The album version is almost twice as long. The arrangement and orchestration is the same, the keys are different. I wrote Windtraders in early 2024. The scene was longer, it had a different ending. Over the following 18 months more and more edits were made, the ending changed and was shortened. Then I had to change keys slightly to accommodate the final live farewell chant from the docks. I wanted the full version on the album. If I’d included the on screen final you’d have two variations of the same piece, one much shorter and in a different key. (The initial arrival is only 30 seconds, it didn’t feel substantial enough for a full cue. )

The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular has been a prominent staple at Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM) since 1989 it has seen some changes. Here are some of those changes and deleted scenes over the years of the show. While some of these changes are not preferred by some, I completely understand why they made them and respect it and for me, it still doesn’t take away from the enjoyment of the show. The one thing I do wish they would bring back is the audience participation. What’s one thing you would bring back or change if you could?

Studios always mismanaging #jamesbond transfers is the real reason why “Stop getting Bond wrong!” was coined. Goldfinger’s UHD looks solid but the audio is a mess. The mono is AGAIN not restored. The Atmos remix is another defective mess…THAT SOMEHOW CUTS THE INTRODUCTION LINE!
