Tesla’s Car Wash Mode is one of those features that sounds unnecessary right up until you actually use it once.
One tap:
windows sealed, charge port locked, auto wipers disabled, parking alerts silenced, Sentry Mode paused.
The car basically prepares itself for the weird mechanical water tunnel automatically.
It even gives you a checklist and a one-tap neutral mode for conveyor washes.
Because apparently, Tesla realized humans become deeply confused inside car washes.
Tiny feature.
Massive reduction in unnecessary stress. Thoughtful software design.
