@Royal_Greenwich was it black bin today or not? Your website and PDF only has 2023 dates in it but it looks like neighbours had theirs done. This is basic stuff. I tried to raise it on the form but it says the next date is December 2023. Annoying and poorly done.

@virginmedia Why do you do this? You say there's no issue in the postcode but after going through further steps you then say there is! Please be consistent

@SamsungUK Sent a damaged washing machine that we didn't accept, why can we get next day delivery new but must wait 2 weeks for a replacement? We've a family and have no washer as the previous Samsung blows the electrics in our house..

@thefxtec I was told my replacement was to be despatched 9th February following my threat of legal action. No response to my 2 follow up emails asking where it is mean I will be commencing the action at the end of the week as you're not dealing in good faith.
