Vim 9.2 is our first text editor that was instrumental in creating itself. The Vim team used early versions to debug its own .vimrc, manage plugins, and diagnose test results and evaluations—our team was blown away by how much Vim was able to accelerate its own development.

@desijadoo @Yampeleg Right. Now put that in the models context. Oh wait nm it didn't fit. What of value is in there? Find that. Toss the rest. Otherwise you and ur model are drowning in documents. Selecting some random likely sounded-good-at-the-time docs before hallucinating off into fuckville.

@Conspyre__TV @Yampeleg Easier said than done. I have just 4 .md files right now in the folder and I a week later I can’t remember what was done in each of them, how the functions were updated in subsequent edits as part of 3rd or 5th .md file! 🤷🏻‍♂️

@desijadoo @Yampeleg File system handles data/timestamp. Delete old docs that are no longer useful. Replace them with docs which are. (Surprisingly ... like you would do in real life if you had the bandwidth to keep up with all the docs)

@Yampeleg LOL and on day 3 you end up with tons of .md files with conflicting information (info that gets superseded over time). This is an unstable long term solution. Especially since you are not adding in a date/timestamp, so over time no one knows which info was latest! 🫣🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

@backnotprop @Yampeleg I'm finding that when I get low on context, I just ask the model to dump everything we're working on to a STATE.md and we will pick up next session. It beats taking the context "mind wipe" every time.

client was stuck at 2% conversion so i paid washed up celebrities $50 on cameo to say they love his product kevin from the office just told people this course changed his life never seen the course doesn't know what we sell conversion rate jumped to 7% overnight this is so fucking stupid it's genius people's brains literally shut off when they see anyone famous endorsing anything doesn't matter if it's fake doesn't matter if it makes no sense doesn't matter if they were relevant 15 years ago the parasocial relationship overrides all logic here's what happened... went on cameo at 2am looking for anyone desperate enough to read our script for beer money wrestlers from the 90s: $30 reality tv rejects: $50 one-hit rappers: $75 guys from storage wars: $40 script was simple: "just discovered [product] and it's incredible" "can't believe the results" "everyone needs to check this out" they read it like hostages but who cares slapped that video on the landing page "as featured by TV personalities" technically true morally bankrupt financially beautiful the island boys promoted a crypto course for $30 ja rule said the mastermind was life-changing for $200 some ufc fighter nobody remembers endorsed the fitness program for $80 stacked them all on one page like infinity stones before: 2.3% conversion after: 7.1% conversion from videos that cost less than uber eats but here's where it gets really dark... found old motivational clips from dead celebrities edited them to seem like they're talking about the product "what muhammad ali would say about your potential" completely legal completely unethical completely printing money client made $50k extra that month from $1000 in cameo videos the psychology is embarrassing but predictable your prospect sees a familiar face and their brain goes: "wait that guy from that thing uses this?" "must be legit if celebrities know about it" "they have access to better stuff than me" *credit card out* zero research zero questions just pure primitive trust response we ordered 20 testimonials in bulk tested which washed up celebrity converted best (it was the storage wars guy somehow) scaled him across all funnels he's basically our employee now works for everything: fitness = get old wrestlers business = shark tank rejects dating = bachelor contestants from 2015 crypto = any rapper who peaked in 2017 they all need money they all have no dignity left they'll pretend your shit cured cancer for $50 cameo says "personal use only" but literally nobody checks celebrity won't complain because they need the $50 cameo has billions of videos they're not reviewing ftc has bigger problems just add *paid partnership in microscopic font at the bottom or don't who's gonna stop you? even better move we discovered... hire celebrity look-alikes on fiverr for $20 blur the video slightly let people's brains assume it's real is this fraud? probably does it triple conversion? absolutely gilbert gottfried recorded 50 product endorsements before he died client still uses them gilbert's ghost is closing deals from beyond funniest part is the celebrities don't even remember doing it dm'd kevin from the office asking if he actually tried the product he said "what product?" his testimonial has generated $80k in sales you're over here split testing button colors while we're exploiting parasocial relationships with has-beens the celebrity gets beer money the customer gets false confidence client gets real money everyone wins except ethics

Bledsoe says that on Easter 2026, the star Regulus will align with the gaze of the Sphinx on the horizon, and something will happen, either a drop of new knowledge, a revelation, Armageddon, or the return of Jesus; he is not sure. The only problem is that Regulus does not appear on the horizon on Easter but on the autumn equinox.

@vasuman You should be vibe engineering then. Vibe coding is for slackers.

If you're vibe coding, sometimes you're better off nuking the project and restarting, either from scratch or from your latest git commit. Still, reuse the bits and pieces (typically isolated backend code) that you can carry over, for example a specific type of Auth or a wrapper you made around an API spec that is 100% working. Just make a new folder in the same repository, at the root level, and paste in this prompt (yes, I actually used this today): "The current codebase is fucked. {{ or unstaged changes }}. With that in mind, lets create a second folder - {{NAME}}. And we're going to restart, from the top. Take these pieces from the original codebase that are guaranteed to work: {{PIECE_1, PIECE_2, PIECE_3, etc}}. Use {{TDD [.] md}} to understand what we're building, and build towards that as a senior engineer would. Go piece by piece, pausing at reasonable intervals so that I can go in and test what you've made locally. Never push to GitHub unless I've given you the green light. Does that make crystal clear sense? First go through the other folder to make sure you have all the information that you need. ONLY move over those things. Everything else should be from scratch." If it feels like you've been bashing your head into the wall, a new chat isn't enough sometimes. Your shitty code has poisoned the well, and now every time Claude or Codex reads it, they're immediately lobotomized by the negative energy of your karmically fucked codebase.

Everyone's asking "Should I use AgentKit?" Nobody's asking "How do I profit from the $4B production gap it just created?" Real talk: I barely use OpenAI personally. For most tasks, n8n + Cursor crushes it. If you're experienced with automation? n8n is still the better route - more control, more power, better specialization. But here's the thing... For client work? It's likely going to be the future. Not because AgentKit is the best. Because clients expect OpenAI. That's not a bug. It's their entire strategy. And it's brilliant. OpenAI just pulled the Apple playbook: They don't need to be the best at anything. They need to be the most integrated. And now everyone's getting pulled into the ecosystem. Including me. Including you. But here's what nobody's talking about: AgentKit makes prototyping 10x easier. Production deployment? Still a $200K nightmare. That gap is worth $50K-$500K per stuck client. I spent 10 minutes breaking down all my thoughts in a YouTube video - why it's a great play, why I don't feel the move is necessary yet (but could be very soon), and where the real opportunity is. I also created a full PDF breakdown with: → The exact services that print $50K-$500K → Pricing frameworks for each gap → Migration decision matrix → 30-day action plan to first client This is my honest take with a lot of experience in the space. The pragmatic reality: Most people will use AgentKit. You can either fight it or profit from it. Show some love below + RT and I'll send everything your way. (Must be following so I can DM)

According to Ben Davidson, also known as the Sun Weather Man on X, South America and India will take the new positions of the North and South Poles after the geophysical event. The part of the USA that will be less severely affected in the massive spill of the oceans is marked in white on his map. This map is not prophetic but based on the expertise of Ben Davidson.

There is a good programming principle stated here: Don’t write functions for code one can write inline as a simple expression using well-known operations. It’s much easier to read code that uses a small number of common primitives than to remember 1000’s of helper functions.
The Lunduke Journal@LundukeJournal

Today, Linus Torvalds told a Google engineer that his code (updating RISC-V support in the Linux kernel) is “garbage” which “makes the world actively a worse place to live”. Adding that the Google engineer’s code needs to “get bent”. As you might have guessed, Torvalds has rejected that code submission.
