5/ How can a service desk have no history of the customers past interactions in this time and age is beyond me. @AACenter IT services are SO OLD! How can you trust this company to fly you safely anywhere! You will die if you fly on #AmericanAirlines

DO NOT BOOK on @AACenter they say you’re booking a “refundable” ticket but it is a COMPLETE LIE! They are NOT ACTUALLY refundable!! Their service desk also completely awful! It took me 3 hours to resolve this - LT #americanairlines #boycott #aa #airline

4/ I am never flying American Airlines ever again - save your money and save your time! It took me 2.5 hours to get ahold of someone through chat. And when we were about to purchase, the chat froze and the agent closed my ticket. I had to call AGAIN to and start from ZERO

3/ If I wanted a refund on my REFUNDABLE ticket, I had to submit a request and it will take 20 business days!!

2/ I booked a flight 9/13 and I wanted to change my date to 9/17 - same flight route. Original flight $1.9k and new flight $1.7k. They told me not only did I LOSE $250 they are asking me for another $255 for the booking.
