@AlanBiggs1 @gageykev Exactly this for me. Virtually all were delighted with appointment of Slav. For him to be out of the door so soon without being properly backed was crazy. Feel for Hecky but he looks out of his depth. Time for change - dugout and boardroom.

@gageykev I agree with a lot of that … except you need an ownership with the resources - & not least the patience - to actually back a change in philosophy regardless of short-term results. Slavisa Jokanovic started on this course but didn’t get his players. Or time!

@ThePinchNews Great read, agree with almost everything. We had a chance to reset when we appointed Slav, but he needed backing in the right way and early. PA didn’t. Heckys done OK, but looks lost. We kick off matches with little intent other than to hang on. Time for a change.

@Pam_Rubin1 Totally agree. The wrinkle comes where people mistake simple for easy. Sometimes it is. Much of the time it isn’t, which is when perception shifts to complexity. Time spent simplifying is a truly valuable investment.

Your gut tells you to reduce risk by adding process, reviews and checkpoints. In reality, the only way to reduce risk is to subtract. • Fewer dependencies • Less complexity • Shorter cycles • Fewer steps • Less scope Simple, wins.

We live in a time where opportunities are abundant. Every corner you turn has a shiny new thing to chase after. Your biggest opportunity? Maintaining your focus in search of the goals you set for yourself. Get good at saying no. Your Yes's will taste that much sweeter

I see people posting every day about being consistent. I get it, its great to be consistent. But it isn't consistency alone that will help you succeed. If your posting great quality, valuable content, thats great. But if you're not....
