This is what happens when you fail teachers   ✔️ Highest number of vacant positions in a decade ✔️ 3,311 positions vacant in November ✔️ 60% looking to leave in the next 5 years ✔️ Rate of young teachers leaving - 13 year high   Teachers won’t stay under Perrottet.

@AGavrielatos @belinda_giudice I spent the first day of the holidays in tears, nothing was wrong, I’d just pushed myself to the emotional and physical limit to do my job well, today I have really bad asthma, the body is saying ‘enough’. Teachers shouldn’t have to ‘kill themselves’ to do their job well.
