It’s sad to see so many tragic situations around the world, but in recent weeks I’ve lost track of the millions of taxpayers’ money being handed out to other countries. This doesn’t even include the approximately £2.6 billion (our share of the EU loan) to Ukraine, which may never be repaid. There seems to be little regard for the value of our tax payers money anymore, and a complete disregard for the principle that charity should begin at home.
