@JonathanHorswel @motoreasy Yep. My case is currently at the ombudsman, salesman telling you whatever you wanna hear in order to get the sale being part of it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t stand for it - pursue it.

Anyone else has any experience with @motoreasy car warranty? It appears they want your money and promise the earth, but when you have a claim, suddenly nothing is actually covered 🤔 #motoreasy #misssold #ripoff

@motoreasy would not use this company again had 2 claims rejected even though there was a fault on the car quick to ring up for renewal and money

I would NOT recommend @motoreasy . I've had their top of the range warranty for nearly a year. Now I need a repair, and I have to pay for the diagnosis, and Motoreasy then decide if the diagnosis cost will be reimbursed or if indeed the repair is covered? JUST A SCAM, REALLY.

@motoreasy I bought Plan B lite for my Jaguar XF this year in January. I feels like it was a mistake and I have been scammed. I have reported fault twice on my car and it was declined stating it’s not covered under warranty. Please do not sell something useless.

@motoreasy Do you respond to people on here. If so let me know because I need to talk to someone who is NOT a salesperson regarding an email I’ve been sent saying I’ve gone ahead with a policy which I haven’t and now most likely won’t. Extremely disappointing. #Roguetrader

@motoreasy An incredible shady company, with dodgy tactics. Will offer a policy at a a reasonable price but never approve your claims for stupid reasons.

@motoreasy so after waiting 4 weeks to get them to fix my car they tell me the problem was there before the warranty was taken out and now saying will not pay out . Just cancelled both my policy’s will never use this company again

Please do not get a warranty with @motoreasy . We had a 5 week old policy, made a claim, a month later the claim was rejected as the issue was "pre-existing". But it was not! And they have no evidence to prove it. They'll take your money but not pay out!

DO NOT BUY FROM @MotorEasy ⚠️ they only have a general enquiries line, which means if you have a complaint, it takes up to 21 days to get a reply on email #customerservices and they only do emails #FCA #complaint #misselling #loophole #rejectclaim #customerexperience #ombudsmen

Never use this lot as a car warranty company @motoreasy. Declined two of my claims, without even sending my car to any garage to be inspected. One was an engine seizure. Sent a fella to my house who was there 5 mins and said “lack of oil” when it was turbo failure 🤬
