@TheCoopLive I secured tickets to Take That from the ballot after the preview event cancelled our tickets an hour before the show. I’ve been sent a link to claim my @takethat tickets and it doesn’t work. I’ve rearranged everything to attend again. Please can this be looked into.

@TheCoopLive I've been sent a link for tickets to see the eagles.these were from a ballot due to problems on opening night.The link takes you to a page which says selecting seats but then goes blank & times you out. Is there a number I can ring for help?

@TheCoopLive @billieeilish @coopuk Still no reply as to when you're releasing parking info for @EricClapton which is in a few weeks time and not next year like this. It's a bit of a poor do for folk who've paid out for tickets and yet are stuck with sorting transport to the venue. The @BeeNetwork trams won't cope.

They make it hard to contact them, but you can on those two emails.
