@TheCoopLive I sold 5 Olivia Rodrigo tickets for £250 each, the buyer wants all their money back, told her it’s not my problem. I think you should reimburse her so I’m not out of pocket

@dtomlinson77 Hi David, it may be possible to claim a fee free refund on your train tickets due to the cancelled shows. Please check see photo for further information. ^Megan

@onyxia40 Like many others in the same situation as yourself, please check to see if you have travel insurance. If you do then your policy may cover you for the refunds. ^Megan

@jasramsay Hi Jason! The best option is to check to see if you’re covered through any possible travel insurance you may have. We’re also aware that TPE trains are offering refunds for train tickets. ^Megan

@TheCoopLive Very thorough. But you forgot to mention what you're doing about compensation for travel / hotels etc etc . But no doubt @oakviewgroup and @coopuk will be fully insured so they won't lose a penny. Disgraceful
