@sage_stage Could you make it an online course and have one person (not someone teaching classes) mentor, manage the online studies? Virtual classes (even for a lot of students) cost less than a teacher's salary. Does your district offer online coursework? They might already the resource.

It looks like we won't be able to fill the vacant 9th grade science position and their students will be distributed to the other 3 of us left. That's cool, can we split that person's salary too?
