@reallyoptimized Have extremely high LipoA at 232. I reversed carotid plaque using high dose Nattokinease and low dose statin over a 3 year timeframe. Also, CAC score of 0.
My doctor was astonished at the updated carotid ultrasound.

@peptidepirate What’s your HRV before and after? I was mid 40s to low 50s. Now I’m high 20s to mid 30s

Reta and long term use for me🏆
———————————————————
Reta has been the best compound I have ever researched hands down 🏴☠️
The mental real estate it gave back to me has been a game changer 🏴☠️
I no longer mindlessly think about food or chase the same compulsions I used to 🏴☠️
The weight loss and ease of dieting is unmatched 🏴☠️
It cleans up the liver lowers cholesterol and nukes inflammation 🏴☠️
But Reta is a tool and like every powerful tool it comes with tradeoffs 🏴☠️
My resting heart rate has crept up modestly nothing dramatic but worth noting 🏴☠️
Sleep quality is not where I want it which is partly the caloric deficit and partly the autonomic load 🏴☠️
My sympathetic nervous system has been in overdrive (not always a bad thing)🏴☠️
HRV has been consistently lower since week 4 🏴☠️
I research for longevity so I will always be honest with myself about the data 🏴☠️
I love this molecule and what it has done for me and will always be a staple in some
Of my stacks but I am ready to give my receptors a break before transitioning to Tirz for more research 🏴☠️
This is a lifestyle of optimization and pepmaxxing🧬🔬

@peptidepedia Have you ever seen testing on US compounded product? We've worked with a few different labs trying to push this more and the results have been embarrassingly bad so far. I don't know why people think US-compounded = Zero risk.

@peptidepedia Buying Chinese and testing it yourself is still cheaper I will continue to do so

Two people start using GHK-Cu on the exact same week.Same goal, same excitement, same belief that they’re about to improve their skin. A month passes… one person looks refreshed with smoother skin, a better glow, tighter skin, and an almost younger appearance.
The other suddenly looks older.
More wrinkles.
Less skin tightness.
The face almost looks stressed and drained.
So what happened?
And more importantly…
How do you make sure this never happens to you?
Most people use copper peptides because they want:
More collagen
Better skin quality
Faster healing
A youthful glow
Here’s the part nobody explains properly…
GHK-Cu is powerful, but people misunderstand how it actually works.
Most people think copper peptides only build collagen no they don’t.
They also increase processes involved in breaking old collagen down.
Think of it like renovating an old luxury mansion.
Before beautiful new walls can be built, workers first have to tear down the damaged ones.
That demolition phase is part of the process.
But if the demolition crew starts working faster than the rebuilding crew…
The house temporarily looks worse, not better.
And that’s exactly what can happen with skin.
This is what many people online call the “copper uglies.”
Collagen breakdown starts outpacing collagen repair.
And there’s another massive problem almost nobody talks about:
Copper and zinc must stay balanced.
When copper goes too high for too long, zinc levels can begin dropping.
And zinc is critical for:
skin repair
elasticity
inflammation control
collagen balance
overall skin quality
So when people overload copper while ignoring zinc…. The skin can absolutely suffer for this
Here’s how to avoid this mistake
1. Never overdo GHK-Cu
More is not better. Most problems happen when people push the dosage too aggressively instead of letting the body adapt gradually.
2. Avoid overstacking copper products
Using injectable GHK-Cu alongside copper serums, creams, and multiple copper-based products at the same time can overwhelm the system very quickly.
3. Support zinc properly
Copper without proper zinc balance can become a problem fast. Maintaining a healthy copper-to-zinc ratio is extremely important for skin quality and recovery.
4. Never take copper and zinc together
They compete for the same absorption pathways in the body. Keep them separated by at least several hours for better balance and absorption.
5. You can add some support detox and mineral balance like nac, milk thistle, vitamin c, alpha liposuction acid (ALA) to help the body process excess copper more efficiently.
Now if you already think you’re experiencing “copper uglies” you don’t have to panic.
Most people recover just fine when they:
1.stop copper temporarily
2. support zinc moderately
3.focus on recovery support and give the body time to rebalance
For many people, skin quality improves again within a few weeks.
The truth is this usually isn’t random damage It’s imbalance, overuse and poor dosing.
When used intelligently, GHK-Cu can be incredible for skin quality and recovery but balance matters a lot.
If you learned something from this post, help spread the knowledge.
Retweet, repost, or share it so more people can educate themselves before jumping into copper peptides blindly.

@CopOrDrop3 @BoJaxGOAT Experienced zero hair loss, nobody i know who ever took it experienced any. You can’t fear monger everything over a potential side effect on google

I got extremely sunburned this weekend, like bad bad. For the amount of exposure I had, I should be peelin and blistering by now.
Immediately after the burn, I did this:
- MT2 daily
- Topical GHKCu 2x a day
- Aloe 2x a day
To be fair, idk what’s working, but this combo seemed to have saved me.
And now I look tan so that’s cool.
