@CopthorneSHEF I was visiting the hotel for a business meeting, not as an overnight guest. Does that somehow magic these problems away?

@CopthorneSHEF disappointed after our visit yesterday. Wifi didn't work, plug sockets in foyer didn't work, no a la carte breakfast options. Even the gents loos had no soap. Whole #CustomerExperience made me feel this was a poorly run hotel, not looking after the little details
