@BBCNews Oh dear - a man @MattBrittin who lies, saying he will support and help customers and vulnerable users ... then does nothing at @GoogleUK. But then again maybe #bbc wanted a corporate man with now interest in the 'little people'.

@GoldbergRadio @CrossCountryUK If the train is delayed beyond a certain time they have to pay a penalty. By missing stops it saves time and they don’t have to pay the penalty. Unfortunately the railway is now run for the benefit of accountants not passengers

Dear @CrossCountryUK I am currently on your 703 from Birmingham... The train left 33 minutes late due to a fault - fair enough. But why are already delayed passengers now being told the train won't stop in Wakefield or Leeds? What's the rationale?
