@dhlexpressuk have a parcel that @O2 despatched to the wrong address. O2 are blaming DHL for me not being able to cancel my order after a week. I’ve never received the parcel.

I suggest anyone trying to upgrade with @o2 doesn’t bother. How on earth can they insist everything is ok and then a delivery address that’s different from the signed contract is confirmed and cannot be cancelled?!

Appalling service from @O2 tonight. Spoke to 3 people to get address changed, ordered new phone and it’s being sent to my old address 350 miles away and apparently can’t be cancelled. Absolutely livid with the lack of any assistance

Nearly at the end of a quite silly few days of travel. Raucous Wednesday night in Glasgow with @DukeSpecial, train to London on Thursday to play at @MicheleStodart's majestic album launch, flight to Belfast at 7am to rejoin The Duke for a triumphant homecoming at @belfastEmpire.
