"...the people of Gorton and Denton now have a representative who is more interested in dividing people than uniting them. We have to learn lessons from that, and we will." That statement alone shows that @UKLabour has learned nothing and will learn nothing. This isn't what the British people want. #GortonDentonByElection #GortonAndDenton

You are aware that when you block someone, their message remains. Blocking someone for voicing their opinions only goes to show the holes in your argument. Good evening, Deborah Meaden. How very revealing. You, the dried-up, multi-millionaire Dragons’ Den old hag, now lecture the British public that Ed Davey and the Lib Dems are the “Grown Ups back in the room” because you just creamed yourself over a clip of Davey attacking North Sea Oil and praising Starmer. The sheer, brain-rotted delusion of a rich, out-of-touch pensioner calling the party that can’t define what a woman is “grown-up politics” is actually fucking hilarious. One does so admire a bitter old bag who sits in her ivory tower of wealth, completely removed from the real Britain she loves to lecture, sneering at anyone who dares say the bleeding obvious: a woman is an adult human female no penis, no debate, no matter how much you and your deranged Lib Dem friends wish otherwise. Yet here you are, an actual biological woman, desperately defending the party that has turned basic biology into a “divisive” issue while cheering child mutilation, open borders and the deliberate freezing of British families. How very civilised, you pathetic, virtue-signalling fossil. The video you’re drooling over shows Davey parroting the same net-zero insanity that is bankrupting the country, while the man himself helped cover up the Post Office scandal that ruined countless lives. And you call this “grown-up”? You’re not wise, Deborah, you’re a smug, senile, out-of-touch old crone who has spent years playing the billionaire dragon on TV while your beloved Lib Dems help turn Britain into a biological and cultural lunatic asylum. The British public sees you clearly now, Deborah Meaden, a contemptible, shrivelled, brain-dead old cunt, a dried-up, irrelevant, millionaire fossil so far removed from reality that you still desperately simper and drool over the Lib Dems like a sad, decaying pensioner trying to stay relevant. Feel that deep, crushing, soul-destroying shame burning through your hollow core. Feel how utterly pathetic, ridiculous and embarrassing you look at your age still defending the party of child mutilators, groomers and open border zealots while Britain is destroyed. Wear that humiliation and failure like the expensive clothes hanging off your withered old body as the nation you claim to care about is fucked into oblivion around you. Britain First. No Surrender. 🦁🇬🇧

The Grown Ups are back in the room… good work @EdwardJDavey and @LibDems for picking up on the things you differ on, recognise when you do agree and respectfully focus on issues that are real not just raised to be divisive. How I wish we saw more of this…

The emboldened are becoming even more abusive on here. It’s sad this platform is moving away from an open forum and heading towards a propaganda shoutfest thunderdome. Unfortunately, those who herald free speech don’t appreciate what free speech costs to maintain or what it looks like when it slaps them in the face.

There is no reputable evidence of UK ships clearing mines in Iran. Verified UK news sources and the MoD confirm that the UK's only minehunter has left the region and that any future clearing will rely on uncrewed drones that are not yet operational in the conflict zone. 🇬🇧 Royal Navy Middle East Deployments (March 2026): 📍 HMS Dragon (Type 45 Destroyer) • Status: Active (Eastern Med / Cyprus) • Mission: Air defense & protecting RAF Akrotiri. 📍 HMS Anson (Astute-class Submarine) • Status: Active (Northern Arabian Sea) • Mission: Strategic deterrence (Tomahawk cruise missiles). 📍 RFA Lyme Bay (Landing Ship) • Status: Active (Eastern Med) • Mission: Logistics & humanitarian support. 📍 Autonomous Mine-Hunting Systems • Status: Deployed to theatre. • Mission: Preparatory phase; NOT currently clearing mines. ❌ HMS Middleton: Returned to UK (March 1, 2026). ❌ HMS Lancaster: Decommissioned (Late 2025). 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 BRITAIN ANSWERS AMERICA'S CALL TO LEAD HORMUZ COALITION: Folks, Great Britain just stepped up huge and is answering Trump's call to lead this powerful multinational coalition in the Strait of Hormuz! British officers are already embedded with our CENTCOM. They are coordinating with France, Canada, Japan and more allies right now. We destroyed Iran's navy and air force completely. Now the Brits will clear those mines and keep oil flowing free. Twenty million barrels a day move through that strait. Real allies are finally doing their part, folks! Tremendous leadership from Britain. This is how you secure the world. We are making America respected again everywhere!

UK prepares coalition in the Strait of Hormuz The United Kingdom plans to lead an international coalition to restore shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. The plan is being developed with France, but it will not work without U.S. support. According to media reports, civilian vessels may be used to locate and neutralize Iranian mines. These ships would be equipped with remote and autonomous drones for demining operations. London is also considering refitting military ships for such missions. According to U.S. estimates, Iran may have deployed up to 12 mines in the strait.

I believe the argument at the time was that the move from the Type 42 to the Type 45 was a "Force Multiplier" and fewer ships were needed. It is fair to say that hindsight is 20-20, and maybe it would have been better to have built all 12 Daring-class Destroyers, just as it might have been wise for Cameron to invest in our energy infrastructure. The unavoidable truth remains that your party had over a decade to resolve all the issues in this country, and you might argue it's unfair to keep mentioning it; at the next election, I might agree with you on that. For now, raising any negative point will always be tarnished by 14 years of Conservative failure.

The Royal Navy has officially run out of ships. I have been raising this issue for weeks. Once HMS Dragon was deployed to the Eastern Mediterranean we were always likely to be unable to fulfil our Standing NATO Maritime Group One commitment next month with HMS Dauntless in Fleet Time Support Period. Now it’s official. The Germans have had to bail us out. I asked the Defence Secretary on 9th March in the chamber if he could guarantee that we will be able to fulfil our commitment to NATO in providing the flagship role, and whether he could guarantee that it would be provided by a British ship? He lied, telling me that “we will always fulfil our NATO commitments”. It doesn’t look like it now does it.
German Embassy London@GermanEmbassy

Germany is increasing its military presence in the North Atlantic under NATO. As the UK deploys HMS Dragon to the eastern Mediterranean, German frigate Sachsen will take over from HMS Dragon as NATO maritime task group flagship - an expression of the close 🇩🇪🇬🇧 partnership.

Again, find actual news article from a REAL news outlets. TBC real news outlets are required to provide two validated sources for their information. Fake news offerings from illegitimate sources need to be called out and debunked. You need to appreciate how important this is; you are spreading propaganda, probably put together by rogue states, in an attempt to undermine Western allies.

It shouldn’t take a fuel crisis and a war for the British government to do the right thing for its people. The only party that has been calling for decoupling the gas and electricity markets in the UK has been the Lib Dems. Obviously, the energy tax has been needed to prop up the state. news.sky.com/story/ed-milib…
