All roads lead to legal immigration, aka the “Great Replacement”. In January 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order ending ‘birthright citizenship’ for the children of H-1B’s. However, they still have ways to become naturalized.. H-4 holders (children and spouses of H-1B’s) follow a similar but derivative path to permanent residency and citizenship, but as dependents to the H-1B until: - Obtain Green Card status - Get married - Get their own H-1B employment status H-4 is not a direct path — it's dependent status — but it is designed to keep the family together during the wait. My question is why does their entire family need to come just for one person to take a position at a company, but all have a pathway to citizenship?

There is a world of difference between these two things: Exposing fraud, H-1B abuse, and loopholes while advocating for reform — that is lawful, protected civic engagement. That is what advocates do. Good example : @SanDiegoKnight , @JBlunt1018 etc. Threatening random H-1B workers, hunting for flaws to forcibly deport them, claiming State Department access while sitting on a temporary visa in a foreign country, weaponizing fabricated authority to threaten anyone you don't like and doing all of it because your personal wedding got delayed? That's a vengeful fraud terrorizing vulnerable workers because life didn't go your way. One is an advocate. The other is a foreign agent who will face severe consequences. Know the difference. Because the FBI will. @FBIDirectorKash @FBIDallas @FBI
