@LoneStarLegendX Which part of H1b being a non immigrant visa don't you understand. This is why we need to import talent. Before you spew nonsense do some research.

@SanDiegoKnight Even if the H1b program is discontinued the jobs will be outsourced or replaced by AI. The jobs are not going to Americans.

I feel for families being separated I do But what about the American families displaced by H-1B and outsourcing? Lost their jobs Lost their homes Moved back in with parents Watched entire teams get replaced No headlines No urgency Just “that’s the market” Why is empathy one-sided? sfchronicle.com/politics/artic…

@DrellLabs @wil_da_beast630 He was talking about getting in the college, right? So maybe you’re right, maybe the application rate is extremely high? But there’s definitely no lack of representation.

Asians have a harder time getting into college than whites - which we knew - but Indians etc apparently have a harder time than East Asians.

The anti–H-1B comments on my last post weren’t surprising. But the AUDACITY to pressure companies into hiring who you think they should hire? That’s not how this works. This is America. You don’t get to dictate someone else’s hiring decisions. Don’t like it? Build your own company. What I still don’t understand is the entitlement. It’s my company, I decide who to hire based on what’s best for the business. I’ll choose skill, work ethic, and value every single time. My responsibility is to the health of the company not someone else’s sense of entitlement. If that bothers you, compete.

Go to Dallas there is a judge who has handed out 400k HB1 visas to Indian born immigrants in the last few years! Are there that many highly skilled jobs which Americans can't do to demand that many HB-1 visas be issued?? Oh yeah and the Federal judge happens to be Indian too! All by design! All of these countries are ripping this country apart and dividing it up! Right under our noses! Why isn't there any Judicial Reform to stop the onslaught??

We have an illegal and legal immigration problem in this country. The H-1B & OPT programs are being used to displace American workers and students by incentivizing American employers & institutions to import foreign labor. We need reform now.

@WomanDefiner Don’t worry about H1bs taking your job. AI will replace most of the jobs and employers have already outsourced jobs to India. Lol

I think a lot of people wouldn't be so upset about H1B's and foreign workers if it meant they left when their job was done and their kids weren't granted citizenship. Part of the issue here is every worker that comes to America basically ends up staying. That's an insane thing to do. American companies are using American citizenship to as a carrot for Immigrants taking lower wages and longer hours than Americans will.

At the start of the year, the market was pricing in 2 Fed rate cuts. Today: just one cut, and not until the September meeting. The reality is inflation never moved down to the Fed's 2% target and is now moving higher. That's not an environment where rate cuts are warranted.

I can guarantee you they got there fraudulently😒 Think of just how improbable it is for this many global companies to select Indians as CEOs by pure merit For this to happen, Indians would have to be so much more competent than Whites, Asians, Jews, etc that they dominate all measures of performance Instead: - Highest rank at ICPC international programming contest: 59 out of 144 - Highest performance on PISA international school testing: 73 out of 74 - Number of notable Indian game studios: 0 - Number of globally recognizable megacorps originating in India: 0 - Number of academic Nobel Prizes won by Indians in India in the last 25 years: 0 Now repeat this test for Whites or Asians and you get the exact pattern you would expect Indians simply took over these companies through nepotistic fraud, on a scale few are able to comprehend

Disrespectful dancers turned a hallowed WWII Memorial, honoring America's fallen heroes, into a cheap viral backdrop. Pure disrespect to veterans and our history. Madhu Raju, on an H-1B visa, was illegally running a paid dance studio on the side in Dallas, violating strict rules that tie work to the sponsoring employer only. I agree with her. Rules are rules, if you violate them, especially while disrespecting American soil, then it's time to go.

@SaraGonzalesTX H1b approvals are not accessible to the public. The only thing she has access to is the LCA application which is a step before the approval phase. Ask her proof of approval. She doesn't have the knowledge of how the system actually works. Half baked information.

@NotoriousAKG @SaraGonzalesTX Sara has very little knowledge of how the H1b works. Sara’s main agenda is to spew hate on Indians. Sure there is abuse but there are many legitimate H1b holders who are contributing to the society. Racism is a mental disease.

There is a world of difference between these two things: Exposing fraud, H-1B abuse, and loopholes while advocating for reform — that is lawful, protected civic engagement. That is what advocates do. Good example : @SanDiegoKnight , @JBlunt1018 etc. Threatening random H-1B workers, hunting for flaws to forcibly deport them, claiming State Department access while sitting on a temporary visa in a foreign country, weaponizing fabricated authority to threaten anyone you don't like and doing all of it because your personal wedding got delayed? That's a vengeful fraud terrorizing vulnerable workers because life didn't go your way. One is an advocate. The other is a foreign agent who will face severe consequences. Know the difference. Because the FBI will. @FBIDirectorKash @FBIDallas @FBI

It is being alleged that Juicy star Vicky Rodgers went after Indians on H1B visas out of a personal vendetta. So this was never about making America great again. It was not about respecting fallen soldiers. It was not about protecting American jobs. And it certainly was not out of love for Americans. It looks far more like an obsessive hostility toward Indian men. The story circulating online is that she was once married to an Indian man and the marriage ended in divorce. Now she appears determined to take that bitterness out on as many Indian families as possible. And for that, she seems perfectly happy to ride the outrage machine of some MAGA supporters. Dear MAGA supporters, if you do not clean house and focus on actually strengthening the United States instead of amplifying petty vendettas and ethnic hostility, do not be surprised when people stop seeing a movement and start seeing just another crowd of racists.
