Having the most ridiculous day with a @Hertz rental car. Brand new Kia broke down and after 8 hours waiting for roadside assistance to come help us we had to enlist a friend to come save us. So ridiculous.

@PrincessCruises We love Princess and are very sad we are left with nothing to do this week. I see the value of en-route, but you need to have someone that can step in when a passenger needs something more than a simple re-route. There wasn’t even a supervisor available that could help.

@PrincessCruises @CoreyBarberie Absolutely agree since Princess moved to a call center in the Philippines you get no help just a run around. We have nothing but trouble with them trying to fix things it took at least 14 phone calls to get money back and fix a cruise

@PrincessCruises Our agent can’t help because it is all turned over to the ship. The ship won’t answer their phone and you have to be on the ship’s WiFi to cancel in the app.

@BGatesIsaPyscho The play before with Kelsey was incorrectly labeled by the broadcast as a first down. Kelsey was marked short at the 34 yard line (a bad spot), with the 35 being the line to gain. The Mahomes run was second and 1 from the 34. His couple yard run picked up that first down.

#NESOutageAlerts A new round of severe storms has caused new power outages and complicated restoration efforts to outages caused by last night's storm. Significant progress was made, with crews getting outages down from 30,000 to around 4,000, just before today's storms hit. New systems have increased customer outages, and NES crews are assessing the current damages at time and will continue to work around the clock until every customer has power. At this hour, about 30,000 customers remain without power, and those outages are scattered throughout the service area. NES crews are fully staffed and additional crews arrived in Nashville from Kentucky this morning to assist with the restoration efforts. Because of the extreme heat, NES is taking extra precautions to keep crews safe while continuing to work 24/7 until all power is restored.

Here we go again @delta flight delays. Plane is on the ground in LA. It still delayed 2:30 hours. Last flight ended up being over 4 hours. How many $30 hamburgers will I eat on this trip?
