@The_DNice @Banfield Yeah, it is unfortunate sorry for your loss hope for the best in the future as well as if you have dogs hope you found a better solution. The only benefit I got from their plan is neutering my two male dogs so they are not going after their mom and my other female dog.

It's such a shame that a huge company like @Banfield plays it one way for themselves (doesn't give refunds when you don't use all of the services you pay for) and another for their customers (makes them pay full billing even on the death of a pet). I have/had 2 dogs and paid them for 13+ years on both dogs and when I tried to cancel my plan 6 months early because one of my girls passed they said to do that I had to pay off the remainder of my monthly payments. $400 is what they are screwing me over for after 26+ years of paying and not using all of the services (I didn't always get my girls teeth cleaned because they didn't handle the anesthesia well). What a shameful company they are.

@Banfield Dog wellness plan is not beneficial really made a bad decision getting it… 😞 never again.

@The_DNice @Banfield Yes definitely something I notice, I just went ahead and continue the plan and just cancel out when it stops. I rather deal with MetLife they allowed me to pause the payments on my dog’s insurance without me paying extra fees.
