@CoronachKelly To bypass the phone menu options, choose the options for an existing air-only reservation that was made directly through WestJet and that you need to change it.

Not sure how you can book on the Sunwing website where they advertise one checked bag free and cheap seat selection to then be told we have to pay WestJet for bags and seats #falseadvertising #misleading @WestJet @sunwing #scam
