All evidence in this situation is valid. This just shows he was an angry, unhinged and violent insurgent. His behavior both a week ago and the day of his death matters. I would blame him all day long for obstructing, attacking and escalating the situation that led to his death. I blame the CBP officers for their reaction as well. Accountability works both ways.
