@lerripunc @CYBERCORELORE @Cranberryscause If it's taking years to draw a book, it's either a "pet project", or what an artist might consider an "investment". Both involves time without pay. Time is money for a comic artist. Speed is of the essence.

Trying Chick-fil-A at the Glenn Beck studios today and I’ve got to be honest - it’s no Nando’s. 🇬🇧 My son said it was "disrespectful" to even compare the two, and after trying it, I think he’s right. ●Ms Marvel WhatNot Sketchcover Commission This one was a do over. The first sketchcover surface was like coloring in a dry erase board. Had to start over on a new cover.

@CYBERCORELORE @lerripunc @Cranberryscause All comic art is on a deadline. If you most comic artist, they will tell you that they would like more time. Drawing 20-23 pages a month is BRUTAL.

@CossinMasked @lerripunc @Cranberryscause Nowadays, yes, quite a lot Current art is just more rushed and simpler than it was back then, whereas before we had a penciller and an inker, now we only have one artist handling everything, which makes certain aspects feel a little neglected (ie. linework, backgrounds, etc)
