@frank_seravalli Vegas is 9 years old. They don't have 1 player on that team since its inception. Fired about a half dozen coaches. Somehow, McCrimmon keeps surviving the axe. He's destroyed the team through trades chasing shiny new players, losing good players. He won't last much longer as GM.

@JasonGregor Thanks for posting. Very interesting. Matthew Tkachuk is literally the slowest player in the league and every team would want him on their roster. Speed is obviously important buy it ain't everything. Hockey IQ is so important. Kucherov is the definition of IQ outweighs speed.

Here are the fastest teams ranked in terms of 20-22 mph bursts. I also included 22+ mph bursts in the 2nd column. Boston is slowest in East while Calgary is the slowest in the NHL by significant margin.
