@currys So I’m in @currys Stevenage branch for 2nd time after 3rd call to your customer services. Store Manager can’t help as no authority to replace laptop & if I stay & demand new one tonight I will be “removed” My son has missed a Uni deadline due to failure to meet your repair SLA

Took sons 7 month old laptop to @currys for repair on 3rd March Told 7 days No reply by 18th after calling helpline twice Went to store Asked for replacement & told qualified & will get in 2-3 days Now 23rd still nothing Every date missed #PoorCustomerService

Hi Paul, I'm sticking the pace better than expected considering I put in an 8-hour study session today. Phew! 😅 Having had #MECFS for the past 13 years I know already I'm going to be confined to bed for several days when the Cheltenham Festival ends but that's ok. 😃👍
