She is looking into her because her answers under oath were questionable. She submitted as evidence for testing a black backpack, black gloves and jacket. When asked why the testing was cancelled she answered that she didn’t know. Then she was told FBI stated that she cancelled the testing. Later it was determined and revealed the items in question belonged to Charlie’s detail. That is an odd inconsistency under oath in a murder trial. She didn’t know why it was cancelled but she was the one to cancel it? Hmmmm…. Suspicious. Also an extremely interesting detail for you to leave out - considering items matching the description of a suspect belonged to Charlie’s detail. You are so much more interested in trying to best @realCandaceowens - than you are in finding and exposing the truth. It’s pathetic and very telling. You are not on the side of truth. @8thMood @BlakeSNeff So? This is a pre trial hearing, at the actual trial she will have the evidence in front of her to review and answer questions pertaining to the evidence, this isn’t a gotcha.

She was not some random woman being “punished” for testifying. She was a central state witness used to walk the court through the crime scene, rifle and forensic reports. The actual hearing record shows that the usable prints from the window where the rooftop figure landed excluded Tyler, while the FBI’s later examination was inconclusive. The bullet fragment tested against the alleged rifle also could neither identify nor exclude that rifle as the source.She also admitted she could not recall every item seized, the evidence numbers or whether she communicated certain information to the labs.
