@GoPro This is a joke! Several weeks since my@orioginal order, still no delivery. I’ve now requested a refund as of 2 weeks ago and haven’t got my refund either. Over £300 spent and nothing to show for it and GoPro support telling me I just have to wait. Terrible customer service!

@GoPro I’ve never experienced customer service this bad. How can such a big company have such a bad customer service process?! How can you expect customer to pay hundreds of pounds and not receive their orders?? This is shocking and I’m so disappointed now.

@GoPro so disappointed in GoPro customer service. Order placed 2 weeks ago & it never turned up. A case is open with UPS to find my package, I’ve had no update. Filled out the contact form several times on GoPro website & I never get a call back. Where is my order?!

@GoPro What a shock. GoPro scheduled a new shipment, received email from UPS to say it would be delivered today and have already received an email today saying it’s now been rescheduled for Monday. When will I receive my item?!!

@GoPro That’s ridiculous. So I pay £300+ for something that gets lost and I have to wait even longer for it to even be re-sent to me?! If it was easier to get hold of the support team I would, this is terrible customer service. It should be resent immediately because I’m at a loss now!

@GoPro Great but I would like to know when my item is being resent and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. I’ve paid for an item and I’d like to know when I’m going to get it. Especially as I ordered it for my upcoming holiday.
