New PA Commonwealth Court ruling: Rejecting undated/wrongly dated mail ballots “submitted by otherwise eligible voters because of meaningless and inconsequential paperwork errors violates the fundamental right to vote recognized in” state constitution’s elections clause.

The voters of PA win today. We are elated by the correct ruling coming out of the Commonwealth Court. No voter should be disenfranchised due to an inconsequential misdated or incorrectly dated ballot. Ensuring our voices are heard at the ballot box is what matters.
