@virginmedia just spent 20 mins on the phone to get through to discuss my broadband package + other options. Guy who answered couldn’t be bothered and refused to help me renew. Finally managed to do it online with only the broadband and a decent discount. Wtf is going on there ?

@easyJet really disappointed at the service.. we needed to change 2 flights out of 5. Can’t do it online as it won’t let me do just 2, chat bot not working so can’t use that so called and got charged £115 to make a telephone change.. out of order..

@O2 got a problem here.. you moved my Virgin mobile account to O2 at which point the simm went off line, try to login to the O2 app and it insists on sending a txt to verify the user.. simm is offline and can’t speak to anyone on chat.. infinite loop 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️
