I'm sorry to announce that failing health and yet another format change on the BBC mean that I won't be recording the domestic cricket anymore. After 13 years it's up to the clubs to take up the baton. I've shown it's possible and doesn't cost much. It's up to the clubs to care.

@ithilienorthend No. Live event changes, unreliable internet, failing health and the clubs doing live vid with commentary have led to me calling it quits. I can say from personal experience it would be trivial for them to archive those matches. Fans should ask for it. Loudly, imho.

My Russian Blue was diagnosed with lymphoma, he's 17. Doing very well on maintenance though. He's such a keeety!!!

@monkeydogify lol Someone else that gets really pissed off by words. I've been fixating these last days on "factor of", or "order of", when they mean simple multiplication. "Factor of 2" means 100 times. Not twice. "Order" means power of 10. But it's universally misused, I can't use it!

I always think the word pan in pan-fried is superfluous. What the fuck else would you fry it in? “I like my cod fried in an idea thanks”

Yes there is no longer a legal requirement to stay at home... but you COULD help stop the virus by staying socially distant, wearing masks if your with someone else and generally not being a prick.....

@SubtleKnife00 Well, yeah, if I was asked that 2 weeks ago. The day after we had 10 days below freezing, that week, it was into the 70s. It's like a brassica thing. They survive low temps with a weird anti-freeze that turns into sugars so they don't need temps to keep bodily things going.

The ludicrous flag displays behind ministers and MPs are utterly embarrassing. Britain never used to indulge in this sort of embarrassing thing. I'm glad someone had the guts to call it out. They have nothing to apologise for.

If you’re gonna put up pictures of people you’ve lied to why not include portraits of NHS staff, UK citizens and EU citizens too? I’m sure Instagram can give you some ideas for placement ideas
