@lufthansa I have many feedback ID numbers, many promises of being followed up, all just standard replies. I haven't cancelled or had a flight cancelled, you have charged me three times for a flight. We are now week 6

@lufthansa I need to speak to a human, why do you make this so difficult. You have taken payment 3 times for one flight!! Refunded one but still waiting for the other. I am constantly filling out forms and the promise of someone getting back to me but get standard bot replies

@BoomtownFair come on guys, this is dangerous. We need water!! Can't get to your pumps, queues are horrendous, pumps not working. Stalls profiteering, selling water at £3.50! You need to talk to your vendors or subsidise them!
