Couple of final thoughts from today:- Todibo injury in the warm-up was a killer. We would’ve trained 5atb during all shape sessions this week so to revert to a 4 so close to kick-off was a weird one. If we had Hermansen’s best attributes combined with Areola’s, we’d have a very good keeper. Sadly they’re two different people. AWB had his final straw with me today. Always backed him but he just looks uninterested and I don’t think the severity of the situation has hit him. I don’t think it’s deliberate, he’s just too relaxed. KWP has to come in. There were a few players out there today who were protecting themselves from injury because they’ve had an international call-up and they don’t wanna miss out on the World Cup. I understand it, but fuck me we cannot have that being the case with the position we’re in. Today was bad. Today was very bad. Hopefully a wake-up call.
