The @qantas fiasco continues. After being booted from the airport and a three hour delay, the upgraded seat I booked was mysteriously lost from the system. My gold status expires in a couple months, so I think I'm on the lookout for a new airline. Any recommendations?

@qantas having a terrible experience transferring at BLR awaiting QF68 to Sydney. Have been told to spend my 8hr transfer OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT and have had to wait 3hrs to speak to someone in a Qantas badge to tell me there isn't a service desk and they can't help!
