Based on his professional demeanor, his kindness and his integrity, I think it’s fair to say that David Yannetti is one of the more likeable and respected men in his profession. Genuinely good people are very easy to spot when you are watching them navigate a high stakes murder trial. The post is really senseless and insignificant. The man is beyond reproach. I have serious concerns about this alleged incident and I’m quite sure the owners of this establishment do as well. There must be a thorough investigation of this incident with all videotape in and around the bar pulled and analyzed. Each person needs to be identified and questioned. This definitely appears to be the illegal drugging of a woman. The liability of the bar and its owner(s) could be extremely high. Is this a pattern? Background checks on all working that day need to be done as soon as possible and all communication records pulled. Could someone have been paid to do this? Could it have been a favor? We know from prior events that Justin has no hesitation about breaking the law. He has enlisted others in his illegal activities such as his brother and other firefighters. CHARLIE DELOACH, KAREN READ JURY FOREMAN "GOT THE MATH WRONG" SURROUNDING THE TAILLIGHT EVIDENCE: At a November 2025 Fisher College @FisherCollege speaking engagement, Charlie DeLoach, Karen Read jury foreman from the second trial revealed there were jurors who "wanted to dive more deeply into the evidence" - more specifically the taillight evidence. One juror had concerns around the taillight pieces embedded in John's clothing. Mr. DeLoach relayed that the juror ultimately relinquished to arguments that they could have been "sprinkled on" given the clothes were not immediately processed. Another juror wanted to look closely at the time the 1st piece of taillight was found (likely to determine whether the police had the ability to plant taillight pieces on scene at 34 Fairview Road). Mr. DeLoach asserted that the 1st piece of taillight was found at 5:50PM. He stated Karen's car was in the SallyPort at 5:39PM, and it only took 3 minutes to get from the police station to Fairview Rd - leaving "more than enough time to plant a piece." The problem with Mr. DeLoach's assessment...to start, his timelines were inaccurate and did not match witness testimony, evidence documentation, video evidence and Karen Read's car data. The grid search (shoveling) for taillight officially began at 5:24PM at 34 Fairview Rd by Lt. O'Hara / the SERT Team while Karen Read's car was currently en route to the Canton PD from Dighton. The grid search initially zoned in on the street's curb area where Karen's vehicle was spotted parked outside earlier. Lt. O'Hara testified that no one other than the SERT Team entered the grid area where the search was being conducted. They did not want the scene to be disrupted so that the team could search the snow in unison. The 1st piece of taillight was discovered/documented at 5:45PM. Notably, that 5:45PM figure was not disputed by Karen Read's defense team. John's sneaker was found directly up against the curb covered in snow. Six to seven other pieces of taillight were found that evening at ground level touching asphalt (photographed / documented). Karen Read's Power On/Off vehicle data detailed that her car was removed from the tow truck at the Canton PD at 5:34PM and relocated into the SallyPort garage around 5:36PM (matching Canton PD surveillance video timestamps). On that same video surveillance footage, no one is seen behind the car for a few minutes (and no video evidence ever displayed anyone breaking taillight). The window of time to plant taillight was under 8 minutes. That window becomes smaller when evaluating the travel time between the Canton PD and 34 Fairview Rd - a nearly mile and a half distance. Alan Jackson himself relayed in questioning that it is a 3 to 4 minute drive (depending on route taken). However, that time reflects normal weather conditions - and doesn't factor in those after the record snowfall which delayed road travel that day. Even without the road conditions, it would leave under 4 minutes to plant taillight (under 20+ inches of snow). It simply was not possible for anyone at the Canton PD to break Karen Read's taillight, drive to 34 Fairview Road and plant. Time did not allow for it. As for those tiny, smaller than rice size fragments of taillight viewed under a microscope that were embedded in John's clothing that concerned another juror, they likewise were not planted by police.

Here's a flashback for all -- the Morrissey Letters re the Feds investigating the investigation. Read Morrissey's indignation in this letter. Look how he throws people under the bus. Look how he protects "his" state troopers. Morrissey stating he needed to adhere to Rule 14 and Brady has me rolling laughing. We'd never have heard exactly who Norfolk DA candidate @VoteGregConnor Greg Connor revealed himself to be without Ms. Loftus' interview. We now know Mr. Connor will use the full authority of his office to continue to run cover for the people who should have been the initial targets of the investigation into the death of Officer John O'Keefe. And we heard Mr. Connor double down on his intent to weaponize "obstruction" and "intimidation" laws against people like you and me, for writing and thinking things like this, and for seeking to hold people like him to task. I would like to thank Ms. Loftus for helping the citizens of Norfolk County understand what's in store for them if they elect Greg Connor to sustain and advance the Michael Morrissey agenda as District Attorney. It's absolutely frightening.
