@mcuban @shellypalmer As I tend to be impulsive, I use it as a sounding board, but I never let it take the reigns. In that sense, it's kept my foot out of my mouth (sometimes) and made me more focused and productive.

Great line from @shellypalmer that I’ll paraphrase - AI shouldn’t be a ghostwriter, it should be a sparring partner. Best way to keep your job isn’t to dismiss AI. It’s to engage with it and find where it’s wrong. In order for AI to know it’s wrong, you have to spend a lot of time building context and rules before you use it. Which is something that 99 pct of people have no clue how to do. And unless you are in a tech company, there is the same probability that the boss(es) above you have no clue what I’m talking about. And in business, AI never knows the consequences of its actions. It doesn’t have judgement. That’s left to you If you learn how to get the best out of AI. How to challenge AI , like it was a competitive coworker or consultant, and how to bring judgement and the ability to explain in a manner your peers and bosses understand, you will thrive. If you just regurgitate what AI gives you, you will be fired.

@kaizen000000000 Am I the only one who thinks he doesn’t get it? He’s playing word games. He collected evidence. Lots of it. There was no absence of evidence. In fact, there was a lot of it.

@ayekeeno Joker 1 wasn’t that great. It was ok for what it was, but Phoenix was waaay to emo, and kind of missed the plot. Even Jared Leto pulled off a better Comic Book version of Joker. Heath Ledger was awesome.

Joe Rogan was in TEARS while Tim Dillon was talking about his experience filming Joker 2, calling it the WORST movie of all time and at one point nearly walked off set 😭🤣 “me and these other guys are dressed up as f*cking security guards working the Arkham Asylum and I’d hear this crap and go ‘what the f*ck is this.’ We all instantly knew this was gonna bomb”

What’s happening in the UK has Bill Maher realizing just how “f*cked up” the country has become. “Every time I think this country’s too woke, I look at what’s going on in your country, and I’m like, ‘Wow, these people are really f*cked up.’” “How did England get so leftist?” The UK is now banning the sale of cigarettes to anyone born after 2009… EVER. That means if it’s the year 2040, and you’re 30 years old because you were born in 2010, you still can’t buy cigarettes. It might sound like a good thing to some, but Maher can see it’s just another wing of the nanny state deciding what you can or can’t do as an adult. “It’s illegal to buy cigarettes. Why? I mean, don’t people get to make their own mistakes? Don’t we get to do what we want to do? I mean, you’re an adult, and you can’t have a cigarette if you want?” Maher’s British guest suddenly got defensive when he pointed out how the United Arab Emirates paused government scholarships for students wanting to study in the UK, citing fears they could become “radicalized” over there. “Fake news,” she said. “This idea London is a no-go zone… people walking around with the Sharia law… A lot of that’s whipped up.” “Two Jews did get stabbed this week,” Maher fired back. This is a two-minute exchange worth watching.

Some people forget how much they have endured. Leaving South Africa was not simple. It broke their hearts. They left behind family, friends, and a country that once felt like home. But that home changed. Corruption spread. Chaos ruled. Danger, murder, and violence became normal. It was not just a decision to leave. It was survival. And it hurt. Now they live in New Zealand. And here, things are different in a way that still catches them off guard. People are kind. Streets are safe. The system, for the most part, works. There is dignity in everyday life and honesty in how people treat each other. The contrast is staggering. It feels like breathing clean air after years of smoke. But unfortunately, life is never easy. It does not slow down. It gets harder. As the years pass, more people they love are gone. Grief stacks up. Pressure builds. And no matter where they are, sorrow finds its way in. The pain is real. The struggle is constant. Even so, giving up now would mean forgetting why they left in the first place. They came here for peace, for safety, for a chance. And despite the heartache, they have found those things. They live in a country that offers a future and opportunity. One that most people in the world will never know. They do not have to smile every day. They do not have to pretend everything is perfect. But they have every reason to keep going. Because after everything they have survived, this life is proof that it was all worth it. #SouthAfrica #NewZealand #LifeIsGood
