就在昨天，我依然坚持自己的立场，认为山寨币整体仍处于上升趋势，我拒绝了恐慌，不被洗掉。结果昨天 BTC 强势反弹，而山寨币反弹得更猛。现在事后来看，很明显我是对的，这只是一次洗盘而已。
有一件事很明显，但很多新人似乎还不懂。如果你持有的是强势优质币，当它回调 20-30% 时，你会有足够的信念拿住。但如果你持有的是一枚回调 70-80% 的垃圾币，你觉得你能轻松拿住价值 5 万到 10 万美元的仓位吗？这就是为什么你的大部分资金应该放在大市值优质币上。
另外，昨天 BTC 的回调和今天山寨币的反弹，并不是单一天的事情，它意味着更大的趋势。这是这次上涨趋势的第一次回调，在我看来，这充分体现了山寨币的强度和继续向上趋势的意愿。希望这次真的不一样，市场正在从过去那种一周一波拉升后就暴跌的模式，转向更长时间的持续上升趋势。

$TOTAL3 — the altcoin index is looking primed. Been ranging for two years and is now breaking out of the 2025 downtrend. Whether it moves directly from here or comes back to retest the breakout first doesn't change the play — building positions on the long side and letting time do the work back into the upper range and eventually a full breakout to the upside. What's interesting is how resilient this index looks considering how bad many individual #altcoin charts are. Which brings me back to something I've been saying for two years — liquidity is scattered. Only the strong coins will have a real altseason. Many alts will remain dead regardless of what the total market cap does. But the next 6–12 months? I see exciting times ahead.

这次最新的回调在所难免。它清楚地将目前两种不同币分开来，帮助交易者把资金投入那些会继续上涨的项目，而不是越挖越深的坟墓。
1. 那些在长达4年的山寨币熊市中依然保持活力的币或项目。价格虽然出现回调，但依旧在构筑更高低点，而且这个低点仍然高于我的入场价。
2. 团队已经失去动力或不再活跃的项目。那些老韭菜或团队一看到新高就立刻解锁抛售的币。这些币会形成更低的最高点，非常明显。
我之前已经分享过几个关注的币，剩下的就靠你们自己去努力了。如果这是上涨趋势的开始，现在依然还算早期，我预计每次上涨过程中都会有回调。战争新闻会持续制造FUD，吓得你们恐慌卖出，这种情况估计不会停止。正如我上次在市场买菜时遇到那位大妈说的：”赚钱就这么容易吗？连大妈也会炒股拿到大结果？“

Whether this pump get's faded or not is irrelevant- because if you're patient you'll be here for the sustained pump that will eventually come sooner or later- and literally all you need to do is accumulate and wait until that time arrives (if this isn't it, which it could very well be).

We have had like three 30-50% single hourly candle pumps on $TRAC over the last few weeks that are then sold into over the next 24-48 hours with price returning back to the local lows. This is funny to see when you recognize that the random 30-50% insta-spikes are someone with relatively significant size market ape-ing in and then people with much smaller relative size fading every pump. Eventually the small sellers (weak hands) will sell all their excess supply to the big buyers (strong hands) and then we will see a pump that isn’t faded but rather ignites a multi hundred percent rally. Will be fun 🍿
