$60,000 down on a $300,000 rental. Tenant pays the mortgage. $300,000 property doubles in 15 years. IRS gives you depreciation every year. You pull equity and buy another one. Tell me the stock strategy that does all four of those at the same time. I'll wait.

The X AI bots have become so good at identifying what should go in the “For You” tab that half of the good posters left because @Elon thinks that AI is better at picking content than someone clicking the follow button Now we have slop AI ragebait & videos with close captioning instead of breaking news & educational content Great job paying the users! The algo was 20X better before paying the users You’re incentivizing slop

I had Ed Gallrein on my radio show last evening.  He’s running against Massie. He’s a superb patriot and he’d be a great congressman.  I endorsed him then and endorse him now.  The election is Tuesday. Turnout is key.  Make sure to vote!

The problem with Thomas Massie is that he’s not a team player. He lets his own mind get in the way of the greater good of the party and we can’t afford that on tough votes. He thinks he’s the main character when he’s not. If I could vote in that primary I’d vote against him and for Ed.

They quoted me 75k & 81k for a Doublewide drop shipped. Seems like being a dealer would save an extra 20k per house.
Philip Klinck@CreateNotesOnRE

@strickler_jay Had to become a dealer in this state to get that. Way under the retail price.

You come into some cash… Stock market is at all time highs. Real estate is expensive. Interest rates are high and potentially going higher. Bitcoin down 60% from all time highs has to be a major consideration, right? Thoughts?

Everyone says Boomers won’t sell and inventory will stay tight. But they’re missing the bigger trend. Boomers own ~40% of U.S. homes. Over the next 20 years, millions of those homes will hit the market through: • death • downsizing • assisted living And there are fewer young buyers behind them. Demographics matter.

This has led to incredible external demand for its domestic currency and assets. Which is why they can charge negative rates and not have to worry about their currency collapsing.

Switzerland built the world's most prosperous society by doing exactly what every government expert told them not to do: staying neutral, keeping taxes low, and letting markets work. While the EU suffocates its members with 170,000 pages of regulations, Switzerland maintains bilateral trade agreements that preserve sovereignty. Swiss GDP per capita hits $94,000 versus Germany's $51,000 and France's $45,000. The Swiss franc remains one of the world's strongest currencies because the Swiss National Bank can't print money to fund Brussels bureaucrats. Meanwhile, EU nations surrender monetary policy to unelected technocrats who inflate away savings to finance welfare states. The regulatory contrast is staggering. Switzerland ranks 4th globally in economic freedom while EU heavyweights like Germany (16th) and France (64th) plummet under Brussels' command-and-control apparatus. Swiss unemployment sits at 2.1% compared to the eurozone's 6.4%. Swiss labor markets remain flexible while EU employment laws make hiring workers feel like adopting teenagers forever. Brussels promises prosperity through harmonization, but delivers stagnation through standardization. Every EU directive removes another price signal from the market, replacing voluntary exchange with political allocation. Swiss neutrality isn't just about avoiding wars (though that 200-year peace dividend helps). Economic neutrality means staying out of supranational central planning schemes that turn dynamic economies into managed decline. The EU's answer to Switzerland's success? Punitive measures and threats to cut off market access unless the Swiss submit to Brussels rule. Nothing exposes the coercive nature of the European project quite like watching bureaucrats demand that free people abandon the policies that made them rich.

Young people today don't hate rich people they are mad that... - they were talked into too much student debt - they can't buy homes - their wages are up 2x while houses up 9-10x - inflation is eating them up and they own no assets No wonder they don't like capitalism. They haven't been able to truly participate in it yet.

Rich Real Estate broker friend of mine bought a $5M house on Nantucket. Using it as a short term rental. Depreciating $2M with cost seg in 2026. She makes about $2.5M/yr doing $100M in sales annually. Basically eliminated her tax burden and has a place to send family & friends all summer long.

🚨🇺🇸Massie laying out his record on stage: 90% with Trump and the GOP, 1.8% with Biden when he was president. The exceptions: spending bills, warrantless surveillance, and the Epstein cover-up. Hard to argue those aren't the moments worth dissenting on.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🚨🇺🇸 New Big Data Polling has Thomas Massie leading the Kentucky-04 GOP primary at 50.6%, despite millions in Israeli lobby money flooding the race to defeat him... The age breakdown is staggering: -Gen Z: Massie 81.5% -Millennials: Massie 68.6% -Gen X: Massie 53% -Boomers/Silent Generation: Gallrein 62% The split makes sense once you see what each candidate stands for. @RepThomasMassie wants to end U.S. military aid to Israel, forced AIPAC to register as a foreign agent in his bill, and consistently votes against funding forever wars. Gallrein reportedly called Iran "one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse" on a radio show, framing the Iran war as a holy war that brings humanity closer to the end times. Younger Americans aren't buying the same packaging the boomers swallowed for 60 years. Pew data shows 74% of Gen Z now sympathize with Palestinians over Israelis, and 57% of Republicans under 50 now hold an unfavorable view of Israel. The pro-Israel consensus in Washington has a demographic expiration date, and Kentucky-04 is one of the first proof points.

Thus far, the "refutations" attempted by Massie supporters to my post consist of the following "arguments": 1. I'm paid by Israel. 2. I don't understand conservatism. 3. Citing legislation he never got passed as if it did get passed. 4. Claiming I'm "wrong" with zero supporting evidence. There is a reason Massie attracts these people. They are low-IQ ideologue rubes who buy Massie's snake oil pitch because it makes them feel "virtuous" in the same way virtue-signaling Democrats shut down debate. Massie and these fools are a match made in Heaven.

RE: My Rant on Thomas Massie Supporters [THIS POST IS DIRECTED AT MASSIE SUPPORTERS AND NO ONE ELSE.] I am sick and tired of Massie supporters stating how “disappointed” they are at me for calling out his constant perfidy. I oppose Massie precisely because I so strongly support conservatism. Massie always TALKS a good conservative game, but when push comes to shove and actual ACTION is needed, he is the Democrat’s best friend. Don’t cite some rating agency’s “conservative score” for Massie in a feeble attempt to contradict me. When his vote is not needed, he votes conservative. But when his vote IS needed, he grandstands as the toxic narcissist he is, mumbles about his precious “principles,” and then ensures that things go the Democrat’s way. Politics requires some level of compromise. Always has. Always will. Anyone who refuses to ever compromise does the bidding of the people he/she disagrees with. Massie talks about supporting Republicans while his actions and inactions (the ones that actually matter) support Democrats. And Epstein? Show me what Massie has done that actually holds criminals accountable on the Epstein matter. And guess what? Criticizing Massie on his disgusting exploitation of Epstein victims for his own personal gain does not make me a “pedophile protector,” you ignorant, libelous tools. There is a reason that the New York Times, rabid Marxist Ro Khanna and Crazy Candace Owens all support Thomas Massie. If you are a Massie supporter, I adjudge you as being indistinguishable from the NYT, Khanna and Crazy Candace. That’s the company you keep, you conservatism-hating Massie supporters. Don’t like it? Don’t follow me. Go follow the Krassensteins, as that’s where your beliefs align as a practical matter. Now beat it. (And no, Israel did not pay me $7,000 to post this, you paranoid antisemitic monsters.) ****RANT OVER****

EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 Congressman Randy Fine @RepFine tells me he was approached by Cynthia West @Cyntaxed007 (Thomas Massie’s accuser) last year in Florida about Thomas Massie’s @RepThomasMassie alleged financial ties to Iran. 🚨 Rep. Randy Fine revealed to me that he met Thomas Massie’s ex-girlfriend, Cynthia West at a GOP event called the Florida Freedom Forum on August 2, 2025. In an exclusive statement to @LoomerUnleashed, Fine said, “Cynthia West came up to me and told me that Massie is a total sexual creep, weirdo, and he had put her in a difficult personal situation. She told me he asked her to do things in their relationship that she felt were not appropriate. She said Massie also has direct ties to Iran. We stayed in touch.” Additionally, Fine said Ms. West told him Massie asked her to engage in personal and sexual behaviors she felt were inappropriate, claimed emotional abuse during their relationship, and expressed concerns over the Iranian ties, which she believes are financial from what she saw and heard during the time they were dating. Rep. Fine told @LoomerUnleashed, “I am particularly troubled by the allegation that Thomas Massie used his power to get his then girlfriend a taxpayer funded position position in Rep. Victoria Spartz’s @RepSpartz office shortly after they began dating in late 2024, only to have her fired shortly after in what West described as retaliation after her breakup with Massie when she no longer wanted to entertain his creepy sexual demands.” Separately, Fine noted that in May 2025, Iranian-born billionaire Joe Kiani @JoeKiani, an Iranian born donor and the founder of medical technology giant Masimo Corporation and Willow Laboratories, allegedly hosted a fundraiser for Massie that raised $100,000, during which Massie reportedly bashed Israel while the event was underway. Joe Kiani is an Iranian born Democrat mega donor. In 2021, he was appointed by Joe Biden to serve on the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST), a move that was widely viewed as an alleged pay for play position by House Oversight Republicans. Source: oversight.house.gov/release/norman… Kiani has reportedly donated millions of dollars to Democrat causes and candidates, including $1 million to the Biden Foundation in 2017, $750,000 to the pro-Biden super PAC Unite the Country, and $1 million to the Biden Inaugural Committee. In addition to receiving an appointment to PCAST, Mr. Kiani’s company Masimo received over $3 million in federal government contracts under Biden’s regime. Source: nypost.com/2024/05/17/us-… Read the full letter from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform here: oversight.house.gov/wp-content/upl… In August 2024, Joe Biden vacationed at Kiani’s $37 million ranch in California. Source: nypost.com/2024/08/20/us-… I have obtained this photo of Massie and Cynthia West from the time they were dating, proving she isn’t lying about their romantic relationship, which began roughly two months after Massie’s wife of 30 years died. Cynthia tells me Massie dated at least one other woman before her, just a couple weeks after his wife mysteriously died.
