I am a J6er. My ex emailed me a Dear John divorce letter while I was incarcerated Jan 2023. I fought it for a year. It was final in May 2024. Well, I have a steady girlfriend. J6ers trying to date, especially old guys like me, is as problematic as J6ers trying to find jobs. Even conservative women had difficulty with the real nature of a J6er. I am appalled by the vile comments made by Brianna Lichtenauer Wasser, an employee at the University of Kansas. Her statement is beyond unacceptable and a clear violation of our state’s social media policy for university employees. The hateful comments spewed by numerous individuals involved in our education system are an indictment of a disturbing and extreme ideology that has taken over our campuses and classrooms. Unfortunately, our current governor’s silence is an indictment of the weak leadership that has led us here. I urge KU to act swiftly to terminate her employment immediately. Taxpayer-funded institutions have no place employing individuals who spew such venom. Kansans rightfully expect our taxpayer-funded institutions to emphasize learning, healthy civil debate, open discussion, and respect for others.
